Job Description Overview: We are seeking talented individuals to support software engineering initiatives. This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems, including analytics, algorithms, and real-time systems, based on documented requirements. The candidate will work individually or as part of a team, reviewing and testing software components, resolving issues, and providing input on system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and software reuse strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and forms using tools like Flow Designer. - Integrate external systems via APIs within ServiceNow. - Enhance HCI workflows, update cloud environment logic, and establish APIs between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. - Improve workflows for ticket routing, implement appeal processes, and develop user experience features. - Perform system administrator functions and analyze user requirements for software design. - Debug and modify existing software, write documentation, and develop new features. - Lead software development teams as appropriate, ensuring quality and adherence to standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. - At least 2 years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications. - Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM modules, and project management tools like Jira. Certifications: - CWIP IAT Level 2 - ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer certification Additional Requirements: Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph. Compensation: $190,000 - $210,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
