Job Description You will work with the business to understand their requirements and apply technology, such as Power BI, Data Science, and modeling tools, to build working prototypes that confirm user expectations. You will direct DA&I engineers on implementation tasks and strive to improve the stability and quality of solutions to increase customer adoption, loyalty, and reduce support needs. You will also be an important driver of change management for the successful adoption of Customer Literacy and Data & Analytics Governance practices within your assigned domain. Reporting to the IT Enterprise Digital Transformation Director. Your Responsibilities: Partner with the DA&I Technical Lead to lead Program Increment sessions with partners to identify 3-6 month priorities, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals for the domain and DA&I areas. Define business cases to help prioritize and increase execution based on team capacity. Coordinate project resources to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Map out team-to-team dependencies and collaborate with capability teams. Improve processes by studying current practices and designing modifications in partnership with stakeholders. Collaborate with the Data Governance team to update metadata and data literacy content. Work with DA&I Engineers to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Capability team. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field. Proficiency in Power BI. Experience with Databricks. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Experience with multi-dimensional design, star schemas, facts, and dimensions. Knowledge of system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards. Understanding of software design, documentation, development processes, and requirements. Ability to translate business functionality into application requirements.
