Job Description This role is responsible for equipmenthandling and other related operations within the organisation withan underlying willingness to continuously develop and implementcurrent procedures while remaining flexible to the growing andchanging demands of the organisation as a whole. Keyresponsibilities: - Operational gaming equipment risk preventivemaintenance, repair and supervision, related database updating anddata analysis. - Monitor and update operational reports, databaseensuring accuracy and completeness of reports: inventory files,integrity and KPIs reports. - Ensure that all relevant operationsgaming equipment (for example roulette wheels etc.) is available,risk-safe and working. - Perform gaming consumables(cards/balls/dices) inventory/ordering, security and utilization. -Perform quality improvement and control functions: new equipmenttesting. - Provide training to Equipment Support Specialistrepresentatives if required. - Coordinate with other departmentssuch as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasks. - Regular status reporting to direct management. - Dotted linereporting to Equipment Integrity Unit (GIR). - Ensure neatness andaccuracy of all work. - Perform other duties, as asked by thedirect manager, which are related to this position. Qualifications - Education in mechatronics, electronics or a similar discipline(obligatory) - Previous IT and/or technical background - Handy withcommon tools (obligatory) - At least C1 level of English knowledge(obligatory) - Good communication skills - Understanding ofelectronics and mechanics - Proven working experience in casinooperations (2 years of work experience required). - Computercompetence and knowledge of the MS Office products (obligatory) - Apossession of the following personal attributes: motivation toachieve company targets; ability to work in team; desire to learnand be part of a continuous development.
