The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and be fluent in English , as daily communication with our U.S. team is required. Role Description As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations, and supporting the financial health of the business. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external accounting. Communicate consistently in English with the U.S.-based administrative team. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Requirements 3 to 5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or general accounting. Fluent English (spoken and written) — daily use required. Based in Colombia . Proficient with accounting tools such as QuickBooks , Excel , or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional integrity. Experience working with foreign (U.S.) companies is a plus.
