Your mission? To serve as a tactical lead and frontline cyber defender—at the intersection of detection, response, and ethical offense. As part of Intertek’s global Cyber Security team, you’ll take ownership of regional SOC activities while leading manual penetration testing operations across the AMERICAS region. This isn’t just a support role—it’s a hands-on, high-impact mission. You’ll proactively detect, investigate, and neutralize threats while validating vulnerabilities through real-world attack simulation. From threat hunting to root cause analysis and from EDR optimization to hands-on exploitation, your contributions will shape and fortify our security posture in measurable ways. In our globally distributed SOC, we operate on a consistent 9-to-6 shift, Monday through Friday. You’ll function as a trusted escalation point and a penetration testing lead, balancing incident response with scheduled offensive assessments. This is a remote-first role. If you're based in Colombia, you’ll join us in person once a month to stay aligned with our operational cadence and team synergy.
