At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business. **About the job** This position is needed to Twilio is in search of a highly skilled and seasoned Workday Analyst with expertise in HCM, Security and Reporting. As a pivotal member of our team representing the Workday team as the initial contact for our stakeholders, you will take charge of all things Workday - focusing on HCM and Tier 1 support to elevate our Workday platform and provide unparalleled support to our growing Twilions. **Responsibilities** In this role, you'll: - **End-User Support**: Serve as the initial point for system issues to determine root cause analysis, identify, and implement potential solutions. - **Reporting and Dashboards**: Develop custom reports and dashboards tailored to the specific needs of business units, enhancing data-driven decision-making. - **Training and Documentation**:Provide training and assistance to People support staff, creating and updating documentation and communications to ensure clarity and consistency. Mentor junior peers and offer shadowing opportunities. - **Data Integrity**: Maintain accountability for data integrity, focusing on quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability across core systems and related interfaces. Run weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly audit to ensure data integrity. - **System Design and Implementation**: Design and implement system changes to align with business needs, managing the setup and data elements of foundational structures in Workday. Extensive knowledge understanding the system life cycles and possess a mix of HR system and process knowledge to interpret business requirements into technical solutions. Review weekly feature updates and notify team of Workday alerts. **Qualifications** **Required**: - 2+ years of Workday support experience with a specialized focus in HCM, business processes, notifications, alerts, scheduled processes, auditing, security, and reporting. - Exceptional attention to details, critical thinking, commitment to data integrity, organization, and adept problem-solving skills. - Intake requests and issues utilizing internal case management system. - Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans. - Understanding of data privacy practices and regulations, coupled with the discipline to handle highly strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence decisions and drive results. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business units and third-party vendors. - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines. - Initiative-driven, inherently curious, and possessing analytical thinking. **Desired**: - Workday Pro certifications are a plus. **Location** This role will be remote based in Colombia **Travel** We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.
