Our Family of Companies throughout the world compete in consumer, pharmaceutical and medical devices & diagnostics markets and have the skills and resources to tackle the world's most pressing health issues. - _ The Trade Operations Special Regimes Supervisor will be responsible for delivering business goals by assuring the security of supply, compliance, and transparency to the processes and optimum value for money as well as building external and internal stakeholder trust, preference, and advocacy. They will serve as a trusted advisor for other areas as well. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Execute all everyday activities related to special regimes (drawback, RECOF, temporary import and export, ex-tarifarios, IMMEX), and resolve all customer complaints appropriately - Control and ensure the monthly reports, certification, and re-certification process, effective communication to the stakeholders, and follow all risks for all the special regimes process - Seek and analyze new opportunities for the company about all the special regimes - Build stakeholder’s trust - Follow up and help the external contractors on day-to-day E2E activities to achieve business goals and focus on building capabilities for the long term - Execute compliant processes and procedures for all foreign trade activities as well as all applicable international trade agreement programs - Serve as the primary point of contact for all customs-related audits and compliance initiatives - Partner with Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, etc. to create a robust and efficient End-to-End Process - Correct alignment with the management team and ensure optimal results for all operations - Maintain efficient knowledge of all rules and regulations for various business operations - Claims analysis and mitigation plan execution **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with International Trade processes, especially with Special Regimes such as drawback and RECOF (for Brasil) and IMMEX (for Mexico) - Analytical and process-oriented, with strong decision-making/problem-solving skills - Fluent in English - Intermediate in Spanish - Experience managing third-party logistics providers - Proactive approach and ability to persuade and influence others in a multicultural environment - Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain - Great communication skills on all levels - Interpersonal skills - Quick to learn - Ability to lead efficiently by resolving conflicts with courtesy and confidence, and responds to issues and requests with a sense of urgency - High degree of independent judgment, common sense, thoughtfulness, integrity, and transparency when making decisions **Preferred Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering - Experience with ANVISA-related processes and industry is a plus - Professional certifications such as APICS and Lean Six Sigma will be a differential - Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization - Multi-sector experience preferred **Primary Location** Brazil-São Paulo-São José dos Campos-Rod.Presidente Dutra, Km 154 **Other Locations** Latin America-Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá, Mexico-Distrito Federal-Mexico City **Organization** J&J; do Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Produtos para Saúde Ltda.
