About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for managing daily category practices for consulting services, IT & professional services. Key Accountabilities: - Sourcing strategy definition and supplier negotiation - Stakeholder management and total cost of ownership optimization - Financial, ESG, service, and innovation target delivery - Category strategy development and implementation - Tactical task management and process improvement Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred - Minimum 10 years' experience in indirect strategic sourcing, category management, implementation, business partner, and supplier management - 8+ years' developing and executing procurement strategies for IT Managed Services - 7+ years' developing and executing against demand management processes and procedures - 4 years' experience in people leadership, building diverse and inclusive teams
