**Your Tasks**: **Role Purpose** The S&CM; Manager is responsible of landing the Marketing strategy into different channels. It’s responsible of understanding shopper needs and connecting with customer objectives to drive market share growth and business optimization. Full accountability on Promo strategy, Innovation deployment and Specific channel sales excellence programs. This role also accounts for Key brand initiatives according to assignation and core processes to ensure functionality and area management. **_Main Responsibilities _** - Channel Strategy: development & execution aligned with marketing strategy - Channel Game Plan - planning, execution and post analysis - Customer Events & Activities ensuring brand strategy, MS impact and profitability optimization - Marketing Budget: accountable of MB for all channel activities - Pricing Strategy. - Drive In-Store Main Kpis together with Sales Teams (Primary Shelf, 2nd displays, Active Accounts, Distribution, Drop Size) - Responsible of all Sales Excellence Programs for both channels - TRAX (support on main KPIs and activities to drive excellence in execution) - Lead and manage agencies collaborative work to deploy all key initiatives **Your Profile**: - University Degree or comparable - Strategic Thinking - High level of analytical skills - Results Driven - Leadership & team work - 5-6 years experience in commercial areas (shopper, trade mkt, sales) and experience in Indirect Channel is mandatory. - English Medium - Advanced Level. - Data Tools: MS Office - Power BI - Nielsen - Kantar
