Job Title: Product Development Manager Masters the art of developing products and services to grow, protect our network, reduce fraud, improve authorization, and offer customers the right tools to advance on digital security and enhance consumer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Executes strategies to maximize revenue from Security within local markets / regions. - Develops go-to-market plans and identifies new revenue or business development opportunities. - Enables and supports sales of Security Solutions, Network Solutions, and Identity Solutions. - Responsible for launching, expanding use and optimizing Mastercard's Identity solutions in Customers. - Enables sales teams with content and training required to execute product and market sales objectives. - Serves as Security's expert and supports advanced sales opportunities as needed. - Develops next gen market strategy for Security & leads corresponding execution of product go-to-market plans. - Works with regional product & sales teams on opportunities to package services for customer segments. - Responsible for In-Market product financial performance including P&L; for specific products. - Advocates for and champions designated products internally and in the external market. - Selects and monitors a product's key performance metrics within a region. - Recommends solutions to challenges in the region's portfolio or product strategy. - Supervises a group/team, ensures compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal processes, identifies and coaches top talent within own team. Requirements: - Extensive experience executing product adjustments across payment types, technologies and customer industries. - Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plan in multiple markets. - Successful track record strategically managing P&L; for multiple MasterCard projects and products.
