We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making processes, design actionable insights, and contribute to the success of our organization. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies and tools to gather, analyze, and present data while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Design and implement robust data analysis workflows using AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, and Apache Spark Lead strategic BI process analysis to identify key opportunities for optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to assess data requirements and align analytical goals with business objectives Ensure data accuracy, structure, and accessibility within Amazon Web Services environments Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to convey insights effectively Identify and analyze key performance trends to provide actionable recommendations Build and maintain complex data models to support long-term scalability Partner with data engineers to ensure seamless integration across data pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and technical issues swiftly Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field Proficiency in AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, and Amazon Web Services Expertise in Apache Spark, along with a solid understanding of BI process analysis Skills in data visualization and reporting aligned with BI solutions Background in working collaboratively across teams to solve complex business challenges Demonstrated competency in managing, cleaning, and structuring large-scale data sets Nice to have Familiarity with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, Amazon Kinesis, and Apache Hive Capability to use BI toolset operations to enhance reporting capabilities Understanding of programming languages such as Java and Node.js Showcase of SQL query writing and database management Flexibility to apply advanced solutions in emerging data technologies We offer/Benefits - International projects with top brands - Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers - Healthcare benefits - Employee financial programs - Paid time off and sick leave - Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses - Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses - Global career opportunities - Volunteer and community involvement opportunities - EPAM Employee Groups - Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
