Strategic Media Analyst Position About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Media Analyst to develop and execute media strategies that drive client success. - Key Responsibilities: - Manage budget and flighting updates in Lumina and Media Tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Provide timely updates on recurring budgeting needs, supporting the team's workflow. - Oversee monthly savings documents, helping to optimize campaign performance. - Update flowcharts and budget documents with precision, maintaining organizational clarity. - Track budget and flowchart changes with attention to detail and organization. - Support the strategy team by delivering reach and frequency reports using Tardiis/NMI, driving data-driven decisions. - Provide audience and consumer insight data from syndicated tools like MRI and GWI, informing client solutions. - Deliver monthly global tracking updates for internal review and submission, ensuring seamless collaboration. - Assist in building charts and slides for client presentations, showcasing key findings and insights. - Help manage monthly competitive insight reporting and chart refreshes using data provided by the competitive analyst. - Review monthly billing against budget documents, flagging discrepancies with strategy and investment leads. - Update weekly TV goals based on the latest budget and flighting, submitting to the National Video team. - Coordinate weekly media highlights, preparing client-ready slides for issuance, and ensuring alignment with investment teams. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's Degree in Media/Advertising or a related field, or Finance/Economics/Business. - A solid understanding of planning campaigns across various mechanisms, channels, and buying models. Please note that strong communication skills, process orientation, and the ability to prioritize tasks are also essential for this position.
