Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Phone Intake/Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blue Collar Scholars Landscaping & Construction! As the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and helping our business grow. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for providing top-tier service. Must reside in Buenos Aires, Lima, or Mendellin (South America) Responsibilities: - Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about landscaping and construction services. - Provide clear and accurate information about our company’s services, pricing, and promotions. - Schedule estimates and appointments for customers with our project estimators or specialists. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database. - Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, answer additional questions, and ensure satisfaction. - Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department for more detailed support. - Collaborate with the sales, scheduling, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. - Promote special offers and services through proactive outreach to potential leads. - Handle customer complaints professionally and with empathy, striving for a positive resolution. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Customer-focused with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer inquiries efficiently. - Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service or phone-based support preferred. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable but not required. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
